The health benefits of green tea are well documented particularly the high levels of antioxidants it contains.
Matcha, the king of all green teas, has by far the highest concentration of health benefits and been part of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony for over 800 years. As well as being a delicious hot or cold drink it contains a huge amount of vitamin C which stimulates the body’s ability to produce collagen and vitamin B which promotes healthy skin cell regeneration.
Blend everything in a high speed blender until perfectly smooth.
300 ml Oat milk
1 teaspoon organic pure matcha powder
5 ice cubes
½ ripe banana
1 soft medjool date
Liquid stevia with vanilla – a couple of drops or to taste
juices
