How to - The DIY Avocado Facemask

You will need:

• ½ Avocado

• 1tbsp honey

• Handful Oats/Oat bran


• Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork

• Add the honey

• Add the oats

• Stir together ensuring all the ingredients are completely combined

• Apply evenly to your clean skin and leave on for 15 minutes

• Rinse with a warm washcloth

• Store the remainder of the mask in the fridge and use within 5 days


• Naturally moisturising

• Reduces inflammation

• Soothes breakouts

• Full of antioxidants and antibacterial properties

• Great for reducing pores and blackheads

• Hydrating
