This creamy dressing is the perfect drizzle for all your leafy greens.
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Keep in a clean jar in the fridge up to 1 week.
Drizzle on your favourite buddha bowl or salad.
1/3 cup / 80g Tahini
1/4 cup / 60ml Orange Juice
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup, for sweetness - optional
1-2 tbsp Water, to create a running consistency
