I love this drizzled over a Rocket & Fig salad or over roasted veggies.
Add all the ingredients to a Nutri Bullet or blender and blitz until smooth, add a little water if needed.
Keep in a clean jar in the fridge up to week.
1 Avocado, ripe
1 Lime, juice
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
4 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
10 sprigs / Handful Coriander - with stems 1 tsp Vegan Pesto
2 tsp Agave Syrup
