Orange, Ginger & Coconut Smoothie

Ginger is great for immune support and anti-inflammatory properties.

Method

Peel the orange or use a knife to remove the top, bottom and outer skin a swell as the bitter white pith.

Roughly chop

Add to a high powered blender along with the other ingredients

Blend everything

Serve and top with dessicated coconut

Ingredients

2 Oranges (blood oranges if you can get them) peeled 100g


100g Coconut Yoghurt


Small Handful of ice cubes


30g peeled raw ginger


Serves: Makes Two
