Use either a cold press (masticating) machine or centrifugal juicer, making sure you rinse all of your ingredients.
2 Celery stalks, cut in half
1/2 Cucumber, chopped into chunks
1/2 Fennel head, chopped into small wedges
1 Apple, green - quartered and cored
1 Lemon, peeled and quartered
1” piece Ginger Root
