Walnut, Date and Coconut Protein Balls

Love these as a snack or dessert!

Method

Pulse the dates in a food processor until roughly chopped. Add the walnuts, maple syrup and coconut oil.

Blend until it comes together. Decant into a bowl and put into the fridge to firm for 1 hour.

Roll into balls and coat in desiccated coconut.

Ingredients

150g walnuts


270 g Soft Pitted Dates


30 ml Maple Syrup


100g Coconut Oil (melted)


200g Desiccated Coconut


Serves: Makes approx. 15-20
