7 Day Wellness Challenge

This week I challenge you to prioritise your wellness. Too often our self care comes low on our list of priorities, when in actual fact, by doing so means we aren’t going to perform at our best in any area of our lives. These small daily challenges are designed to re-set your focus onto small acts of self care and hopefully lead to long term healthy habits. Will you give it a try? Love Karen x

Day One

Start a daily gratitude journal. Each day answer ‘Today I am grateful for…’

Day Two

Breathe in the fresh air! Go for a walk ideally 30 minutes+ and absorb your surroundings.

Day Three

Create a mood-boosting playlist and listen to it whenever you need a boost!

Day Four

Write a to-do list. Use the ABCDE method. Start with the letter A and mark in order of priority.

Day Five

Call a friend that you’ve been meaning to catch up with. Take the time to truly listen.

Day Six

Unplug. Take the time away from screens for a minimum of one hour for an activity of your choice.

Day Seven

Devise a meal plan for the upcoming week. Be realistic and always include dishes you enjoy!

KK tip: Each of these tasks are great starting point for introducting new healthy habits into your lifestyle. After completing the challenge continue with any that have had a positive impact on your day to day life!
