Hands up, who loves a cup of tea?? There are so many different teas to choose from, with each one having their own benefits. Here’s ten of my favourite teas and their benefits. Love Karen x

Matcha

Fat burning and immunity booster. High in antioxidants!

Ginger

Remedy for nausea, an upset stomach, bloating and a sore throat.

Chai

Reduces blood sugar levels and aids in digestion and weight loss.

Chamomile

Reduces boating, headache, stress and tension. Boosts immune system.

White

Highest antioxidant properties. Relieves stress and low in caffeine.
