5 rules of Gua Sha

I love facial tools, one of my favourites being the Gua Sha.

This natural massage tool has so many benefits- if you use it correctly.

I’ve invited the lovely Lena @thefaceyogaspace to share with you her 5 Gua Sha rules to make sure you’re fully benefiting from it’s powers.

1. Stay relaxed

Make sure to your shoulders relaxed

2. Use Facial Oil

Add plenty of facial oil to help the tool glide.

3. Position it right

It should be 15-45 degrees to your skin

4. Hydrate

Drink plenty of water after to flush out the toxins


My favourite oil to use with my Gua Sha is the Facial Oil from By Sarah. It’s fragrance and essential oil free with no hidden surprises.
