It’s common to see our physical wellness slipping down the list of priorities in our day to day life.
Often, it’s only when we are faced with a health scare, that we shake ourselves into shape.
Knowing you haven’t been taking care of your body, and potentially falling ill as a result, can be a tough blow.
What’s important is that we nurture our bodies from the inside out, to give ourselves the best chance of remaining fit and healthy.
Our bodies do so much for us, so feeding it with nutritious food and respecting the power of movement can enable us to accomplish so much - even positively impacting our mental health too.
So ask yourself, are you truly taking care of yourself physically?
If not, why not?
I am genuinely interested to hear why we don’t always put our physical health first.
