This tastes so decadent but uses mainly store cupboard ingredients. I adore the combination of cherries and chocolate and together they make this smoothie really something special.
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between two glasses and grate over a little dark chocolate before serving.
150 grams frozen black cherries – remove from the freezer 5 minutes before you use them to make them easier to blend
400 ml almond milk
4 pitted medjool dates
2 teaspoons of your favourite protein powder
1 tablespoon organic raw cacao
A few drops of vanilla stevia
A little grated dark chocolate to garnish
