This makes a wonderful alcohol free alternative to an Aperol spritz. It’s delicious on a hot summer day so if you have guests be sure to make enough to go around!
Divide the pomegranate seeds between four chilled champagne flutes or a serving jug followed by the pomegranate juice. Top up with the kombucha, stir well garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.
50 g pomegranate seeds
300 ml pure pomegranate juice
600 ml ginger kombucha
Orange slices to serve (use blood oranges if they are if you can find them)
