Pomegranate and ginger fizz

Everyone loves a glass of something fizzy at Christmas and this is the perfect drink for those of us who are avoiding alcohol.

Method

The pomegranate seeds are optional, but they really do make it look particularly festive!

Divide the pomegranate seeds between four chilled champagne flutes or a serving jug followed by the pomegranate and cranberry juice. Top up with the kombucha, stir well and serve immediately.

Ingredients

50 g pomegranate seeds


300 ml pomegranate and cranberry juice


600 ml ginger and lemon kombucha


Serves: 4 glasses or 1 medium sized jug
