This is a powerhouse of a breakfast smoothie thanks to the flax, raspberries and my favourite protein powder from Wellco.
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
150 grams frozen raspberries
1 small piece of fresh ginger about 2 cm long, peeled and chopped
400 ml plant based milk of your choice
2 scoops of Wellco Super Elixir protein powder. I use the blood orange flavour
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
