Dressing - Lemon juice, Honey, Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Balsamic glaze
Pre cook your quinoa, finely sliced sweet potato, kale and broccoli, Add to bowl, Finely slice avocado, cucumber, red chilli, coriander and spring onion, Add to bowl, Mix to combine all, Add bean sprouts and a sprinkling of your chosen seeds, Drizzle over the dressing ingredients, Stir to combine
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup ice
Coconut water
Add all to a bowl and pour over your preferred amount of coconut water
2-3 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut cream
500ml coconut/almond milk
Handful coconut shreds
2 tbsp Cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp @dirtea turkey tail mushroom powder
Add all to blender, Blend until smooth, Pour into bowl, Top with your favourite fruits…I chose blueberries, bananas and a sprinkle of coconut shreds & hemp seeds!
1 cup cold water
Ice
1tsp matcha powder
Juice 1/2 lemon
Add ice to a glass, Add the water, lemon and matcha to your matcha bowl and whisk, Pour into glass over ice, Add a slice of lemon
1 small cabbage finely diced, or iceberg lettuce
Cucumbers finely diced
1 bunch spring onions sliced
1/4 cup chives finely sliced
Dressing - lemon juice, olive ol, rice vinegar, basil and spinach
Finely slice all salad Ingredients and add to a large serving bowl, Stir to combine, Add dressing ingredients to a blender, Blend until smooth, Drizzle over the salad
1/2 small ripe avocado
Juice 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 cup of ice
4 ounces of non alcoholic tequila (my preferred would be @cleanco)
Garnish with fresh lime zest & salt
Rub the lime over the rim of the glass, Dip in a plate of salt until the rim is covered, Add all ingredients into a blender, Blend until smooth, Pour into the glass over ice, Garnish with lemon zest
