Throughout my life I have tried, tested, rejected (!) and adopted various self-care methods to help me live a healthy and happy life. As a busy working Mum to three beautiful children, I'm aware of the physical and mental demands we put upon ourselves, as well as the hormonal changes our bodies go through.
I hope that some of the practices I share here will help you discover ways in which you can help ease your body and mind from everyday pressures and the constantly changing world we find ourselves in. Each week I will also be inviting a range of expert guests to my Living Well platform to share their talents and expertise with you. From breathwork, yoga and meditation to high intensity workouts, there should be something for everyone. Give it a try – and have some fun at the same time too!
