Hello, I’m Karen Koramshai. I’m a devotee to all things health and wellness.
I’m hugely passionate about self-care and through nourishing recipes and inspiring content, I want to help you discover new ways of living well so you can live a tastier, healthier and happier life!
I was raised in Brazil and grew up experiencing an exciting array of cultures and cuisines throughout my early life, which fortunately extended into my adulthood where I was given the opportunity to travel through my career as a model and as the Commercial Director for magazines including ELLE Paris. During these trips around the world, I immersed myself as much as possible in local cultures. I love to learn about local food, from how to cook it through to its nutritional and healing properties. My recipe books are overflowing!
Along the way I also embraced new wellness practices and fitness methods and over the years began to create my own network of experts within the fields of health, wellbeing, fitness, travel and beauty. I have spent years learning and embodying their rituals, teachings and practices in order to try and live the most balanced and nourishing lifestyle I can – for me and my family. As a busy Mum I know the daily demands that life can bring so I’m curating this platform to share my passion for delicious food, wellness and self-care in the hope of sharing with you new and easy ways to live a balanced and happy lifestyle.
I hope you enjoy the content I will be sharing with you and welcome your feedback. As I have only just launched the website there will be much more to come so please do let me know if there is anything you would like to see more of.
I would love to see pictures of my recipes you have re-created and to hear from you about any of the wellness and fitness practices you may have tried. So please do come and say hello and share on Instagram.
